BIN RENTAL TERMS

PLASTIC MOVING BIN RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Weekly Rental: Weekly Rental commences on the day your bins are delivered and expires seven (7) days after that. For example, bins delivered on a Monday will be picked up the following Monday.  Free delivery for one drop off and one pick up.  Additional pickups incur an additional $35.00 charge.

Payment: Must be made prior to delivery. We accept cash, debit, Visa, or MasterCard. If you require additional usage time that is beyond the original rental term, we will invoice you for the excess rental period at the end when we pick up the bins.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order at any time before your delivery date for a cancellation fee of $35. If we schedule a delivery/pick-up with you and no one is present to accept the delivery/pick-up, a fee of $35 will be charged and we will return at a different time or date.

Lost or Damaged Bins: All bins are delivered in clean, excellent condition with labels provided. No personal labels are permitted. Bins must be stored in a dry area and kept covered to prevent weather damage. Each lost, damaged or altered bin will incur a charge of $50.

Delivery Times / Area: We deliver bins in the downtown Toronto area starting at $35 and, If you are outside this area, additional delivery charges may apply. Deliveries are generally scheduled between Monday and Friday from 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm. If you need your bins outside of this time frame, feel free to give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
