Weekly rental starts on the day your boxes are delivered, and ends 7 days after that. For example, your bins are delivered Saturday they would be picked up the following Saturday.
Payment must be made prior to delivery or on-site. We accept cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard.
When the bins are picked up, we will invoice you for any extra extra weeks that were not paid for if needed.
You may cancel your order at any time before your delivery date for a cancellation fee of $25. If we schedule a delivery/pick-up with you and you or someone else is not home to accept the delivery/pick-up, a fee of $25 will be charged and we will return at a different time or date.
Lost or damaged bins: Each lost or damaged bin will be charged at $35 per bin. Bins should be stored in a dry area, and always covered, as weather can damage the bins.
Delivery Times / Area
We deliver bins in the downtown Toronto area free of charge. If you are outside this area, please refer to our map. Delivery generally happens Wednesdays and Saturdays. 9-12, 12-3 or 3-6pm. If you need your bins outside this time frame, give us a call, and we will see if we can assist.
